(1) If we have not clearly stated in the product description, all products offered by us can be shipped immediately. Delivery is usually within 14 working days. Please note that all payments are due immediately with placing the order - even if you pay via invoice.
(2) Boxspring beds and headboards are custom made to order. The complete process can easily take 8-12 weeks plus shipping time. As these products are made to order, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed, and beds cannot be returned.
(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration may delay delivery but does not alter the validity of the contract.

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days of receipt of the products without giving a reason. Please notify us, and we will reimburse all payments we have received.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, and have confirmed that they are in undamaged, unopened and unused, good condition.
Boxspring beds and headboards are custom made to order. The complete process can to custom build a bed, or to custom make other products, can take 8-12 weeks plus shipping time. You have to return the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of any cancellation of the contract. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.
Please note that there is NO right to return products, as your order is not governed by the long distance ordering laws, but by the terms that have been agreed upon with your corporate office. Naturally, we go to great lengths to fulfill your personal requirements and needs even better than any other shop – our priority has to be to serve the corporate hotel customers thought.
